This new service was developed by Bishop Glenn Davies when he was Rector of St. Luke’s Miranda – in response to pastoral need. It was endorsed atr the time by the Archbishop of Sydney’s Liturgical Panel and authorised by the Archbishop for use in the parish of Miranda. (See the notes at the end of the Outline for details.)
